She’s been part of the team behind some high-profile digital product launches including the award winning Times and Sunday Times paywall and BT Sport. As Chief Innovation Officer at Photobox she developed new revenue lines and lead an end-to-end team who developed and launch new physical products.

Sally is passionate about supporting women in the digital sector and is a former founder of 10 Digital Ladies, a 2000+ community of senior women working in tech.
Solange has been working with CI&T for over two decades, a company where she started as the 5th employee. Solange acts as a Lean Digital Transformation Agent for big and distinguished brands, taking part in strategic missions which aim at exponential growth and impact for their Businesses and Consumers. Among her main challenges is delivering disruptive initiatives, passing through the instantiation of Client Centricity's cornerstones, Experimentation Culture and Value Stream structures based on Multi Disciplinary teams.
Solange is now the Executive Vice President Partner of Operations with CI&T, responsible for leading missions with customers at the Financial and Insurance sectors. As a leader, her personal aspiration is to build more humanized Corporate environments and collaborative Management models as well as to show the value of Diversity and Inclusion at the workplace, bringing business and societal impact as a consequence.
In her own journey, she's built a background of learning regarding Commercial, Delivery and also Customer Relationship. Solange is a graduate in Computer Science at UFSCar and a master in the same area at UNICAMP, as well as being a mother of three.
Part of the executive management team, Louise is the chief people and culture officer at Pets at Home and has been with the business since joining in 2004, originally as group legal director and company secretary of the Plc Board before moving into the role of chief people and legal officer in 2017.
In 2019, Louise’s role evolved into the role of group chief people officer placing culture at the heart of all decision making and including responsibility for the group’s social purpose strategy.
Louise is also the chair and trustee of the charity Support Adoption for Pets. Prior to Pets at Home, Louise was a corporate lawyer at DLA Piper LLP and CMS Cameron McKenna.
Louise is passionate about ensuring that progression opportunities exist for all employees and is a huge advocate for ensuring policies are in place to support colleagues with families, having had three children of her own during her career so far at Pets at Home.
Fariha is an empathetic and collaborative leader who thrives in innovation-led organizations. As an expert in Engineering, R&D and Program Management, she has led the development of innovative marketing solutions for the healthcare, insurance and consumer industries. Also, as an agile pioneer, she has increased product velocity by setting up fast-paced development programs across multiple geographies. Her career spans large companies, startups, non-profits and government organizations.
Previously, as Partner, Product & Program Velocity at Digital Innovation Inc, she worked to create an innovative product design and development process to complement the firmâ€™s internationally recognized corporate innovation framework. Judith Bitterli currently serves as Vice President of Consumer Marketing at McAfee. She is a passionate advocate for online security, family safety and safeguarding our digital experiences. She has been in the security space for eight years and technology for over thirty years. She brings to her work a fundamental belief that online security is a basic human right in todays day and age.
Carrie leads Everledger’s sustainability applications across all our verticals from diamonds and gems to batteries and wine. She also focuses on assessing how and where our technology can increase efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and improve supply chain data well beyond basic compliance.
Carrie previously worked in the jewellery, electronics, and apparel industries. Across several senior roles, she collaborated with corporations, governments and non-profit organisations to map supply chains and create programmes to mitigate social and environmental issues and have positive impact in more than 30 countries.
Sharon has over 20 years of experience in financial services, having spent the vast majority of her career so far in large multinational corporations.
Sharon started her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen, before moving to GE Capital to work in the Insurance business and the Life and Pension businesses specialising in Lean Six Sigma, Programme Delivery and Operations. After that, she worked in Barclays both in the retail bank and wealth management businesses, delivering large scale programmes of change. More recently, Sharon was the Transformation and Customer Service Director at LeasePlan UK, before moving into fintech and joining Deposit Solutions as the Innovation Director for the launch of its UK business.
Sharon joined Chip in 2019 as the COO. Chip, one of the UK’s fastest growing fintechs, uses AI to save up money for you and get you better returns, all automatically.

I am a military officer in the United States Air Force with a mission to integrate effective AI into the Department of Defense. I am passionate about solving problems in the intersection of analytics, policy, and defense and my unique experiences in leadership and technical disciplines have helped me in guiding change within the defense sector.
Anjali has over 20+ years' experience in designing, developing and leading teams to build software solutions for security services; enterprise applications for telecom and management solutions for the wireless industry along with sound management background. In her current capacity at Cisco, she is the Partner Security Architect and Security Officer at Cisco Customer Experienceâ€™s Platform Security Group. She is currently leading the Security Center of Excellence initiative and her main focus is developing strategies and solutions for improving the security and privacy posture of Cisco Products. Her specialty is navigating complex landscapes in the areas of container security, data governance, and cyberspace privacy issues. Anjali has been an avid speaker, an influencer in Networking With A Purpose Silicon Valley series in areas of data privacy and cybersecurity. Her expertise is at the intersection of Machine Learning, Networking, and Cybersecurity. She holds a Patent in the field of workload scheduling based on a credit-based mechanism. She is also an Executive Producer of "Diva Motherhood" music video celebrating "mainstream women". Anjali holds a Masters in Computer Science from Dalhousie University, Canada, and a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from the University of Pune, India.
Svetlana is an infrastructure product manager at Pinterest. Her main focus has been to build a unified user experience stitching together the various pillars of the infrastructure org. She’s passionate about building products that make a meaningful connection with users and help make their lives better. She has led a number of initiatives to streamline interactions, processes & experiences within IT, to improve customer satisfaction, adoption, to get rid of silos and build a more inclusive environment.

Kirsten is currently working at eyeo, a fully distributed company based in Germany, as a Remote Team Coach. Prior to this she worked at Jumo as an Agile Lead and 22seven as an Agile Facilitator. Kirsten began her career in counselling and psychology and moved into software about 7 years ago. She has focused primarily on the financial technology sector, working with both local and distributed teams. Sheâ€™s worked with a range of companies, from those that are 6000+ people to small startups. She completed her honors in clinical and neuro-psychology and has built on her experience in counseling to enhance her effectiveness when coaching teams.
Kirsten Clacey, together with Jay-Allen Morris, has specialised in enabling distributed teams to reach high performance, using a combination of adapted facilitation techniques, team coaching methods and Agile frameworks. In the last 3 years they have spoken at conferences on the topic of remote facilitation and creating effective distributed spaces. They also host a monthly learning group to provide a space for facilitators to practice and share remote skills and techniques. Their book on remote facilitation will be published in June 2020 by US publisher Berrett-Koehler Publishers.
Jay-Allen has a background in humanities, which has been invaluable in her various roles within the tech industry. She found it natural to transition into the role of Team Coach. She has been focusing on creating effective team spaces, both in-person and remote. She volunteered for the SUGSA Committee (Scrum User Group of South Africa) from 2017– 2018, organizing the annual conference and encouraging new speakers.
As a valuable member of IPG IT’s management team, Christina is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of business experience. Her expertise in system applications include project management, test management, global change control and security. After a decade of success in the financial industry, she took time off to focus on family and then re-entered the workforce in the media sector working for IPG, an award winning global provider of marketing and advertising solutions. Christina’s role in IPG’s SAP organization is central in facilitating cross functional communication, planning and testing support for global initiatives across partner application, and infrastructure and security teams.
