Sofia Hernandez is the Head of US Business Marketing for TikTok, the leading short-form video platform designed to inspire creativity and bring joy. She's responsible for building innovative marketing solutions that help brands become TikTok fluent and engage with their communities through powerful and creative storytelling.
Prior to TikTok, Sofia was the Chief Client Officer at consumer insights platform Suzy where she was responsible for driving revenue retention and growth, informing the product roadmap, and ensuring the entire company was rooted in a ‘customer first’ approach. With over 18 years leading some of the most iconic global marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including P&G, J&J, Netflix and Spotify, Sofia's passion for people and what makes them tick continues to fuel her keen understanding of how to drive successful connections between brands and the people that love them.
An activist at her core, Sofia recognizes her role as part of the 1% of Latina Executives in Tech and is committed to fostering inclusion in the tech industry by incorporating DEI into everything she touches--from a company's hiring practices to its advertising. Sofia is a passionate advocate for social justice and co-founded a unique apparel line, Black on Black BK, that's dedicated to spreading messages of equality and empowerment.
Sally has been working in digital for over 20 years across publishing, broadcast, eCommerce and even running a boutique product consultancy business. She’s been part of the team behind some high-profile digital product launches including the award winning Times and Sunday Times paywall and BT Sport. As Chief Innovation Officer at Photobox she developed new revenue lines and lead an end-to-end team who developed and launch new physical products.
She is currently leading eCommerce at GoCompare - overseeing digital marketing (SEO, CRM, Display, PPC and Affiliates) as well as product development and innovation.
Sally is passionate about supporting women in the digital sector and is a former founder of 10 Digital Ladies, a 2000+ community of senior women working in tech.
Solange has been working with CI&T for over two decades, a company where she started as the 5th employee. Solange acts as a Lean Digital Transformation Agent for big and distinguished brands, taking part in strategic missions which aim at exponential growth and impact for their Businesses and Consumers. Among her main challenges is delivering disruptive initiatives, passing through the instantiation of Client Centricity's cornerstones, Experimentation Culture and Value Stream structures based on Multi Disciplinary teams.
Solange is now the Executive Vice President Partner of Operations with CI&T, responsible for leading missions with customers at the Financial and Insurance sectors. As a leader, her personal aspiration is to build more humanized Corporate environments and collaborative Management models as well as to show the value of Diversity and Inclusion at the workplace, bringing business and societal impact as a consequence.
In her own journey, she's built a background of learning regarding Commercial, Delivery and also Customer Relationship. Solange is a graduate in Computer Science at UFSCar and a master in the same area at UNICAMP, as well as being a mother of three.
Part of the executive management team, Louise is the chief people and culture officer at Pets at Home and has been with the business since joining in 2004, originally as group legal director and company secretary of the Plc Board before moving into the role of chief people and legal officer in 2017.
In 2019, Louise’s role evolved into the role of group chief people officer placing culture at the heart of all decision making and including responsibility for the group’s social purpose strategy.
Louise is also the chair and trustee of the charity Support Adoption for Pets. Prior to Pets at Home, Louise was a corporate lawyer at DLA Piper LLP and CMS Cameron McKenna.
Louise is passionate about ensuring that progression opportunities exist for all employees and is a huge advocate for ensuring policies are in place to support colleagues with families, having had three children of her own during her career so far at Pets at Home.
Fariha is an empathetic and collaborative leader who thrives in innovation-led organizations. As an expert in Engineering, R&D and Program Management, she has led the development of innovative marketing solutions for the healthcare, insurance and consumer industries. Also, as an agile pioneer, she has increased product velocity by setting up fast-paced development programs across multiple geographies. Her career spans large companies, startups, non-profits and government organizations.
Previously, as Partner, Product & Program Velocity at Digital Innovation Inc, she worked to create an innovative product design and development process to complement the firm’s internationally recognized corporate innovation framework. Most recently, Fariha has joined Eli Lilly as a Senior Director & Global Platform Leader: Connected Care.
Judith Bitterli currently serves as Vice President of Consumer Marketing at McAfee. She is a passionate advocate for online security, family safety and safeguarding our digital experiences. She has been in the security space for eight years and technology for over thirty years. She brings to her work a fundamental belief that online security is a basic human right in todays day and age.
Carrie leads Everledger’s sustainability applications across all our verticals from diamonds and gems to batteries and wine. She also focuses on assessing how and where our technology can increase efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and improve supply chain data well beyond basic compliance.
Carrie previously worked in the jewellery, electronics, and apparel industries. Across several senior roles, she collaborated with corporations, governments and non-profit organisations to map supply chains and create programmes to mitigate social and environmental issues and have positive impact in more than 30 countries.

Sharon has over 20 years of experience in financial services, having spent the vast majority of her career so far in large multinational corporations.
Sharon started her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen, before moving to GE Capital to work in the Insurance business and the Life and Pension businesses specialising in Lean Six Sigma, Programme Delivery and Operations. After that, she worked in Barclays both in the retail bank and wealth management businesses, delivering large scale programmes of change. More recently, Sharon was the Transformation and Customer Service Director at LeasePlan UK, before moving into fintech and joining Deposit Solutions as the Innovation Director for the launch of its UK business.
Sharon joined Chip in 2019 as the COO. Chip, one of the UK’s fastest growing fintechs, uses AI to save up money for you and get you better returns, all automatically.
As the COO, she is directly responsible for looking after Operations, Customer Service, and People teams, as well as ensuring that delivery across all aspects of the business and partners happens in the most effective way.
